change cartilage

good evening to all, it is the first time I write on this forum, I am a mechanical ing. and I am approaching the world of caia v5 for business reasons.
So I would like to ask you how I can modify (copy and paste) the lines of a cartilage when I am in the drafting environment on "sheet background". My goal is to replicate the cartiglio cells where information about the product components is inserted, rather than create everything through new lines.

to do what you asked there are all the commands: lines, circles ,spline etc. and transformation commands
