Good morning
the problem I try to solve is as follows:
I have a number of multiline texts all belonging to the same layer called texts, to which I assigned the cyan color.
some of these texts, have as color setting (what you set in the formatting bar) 'yellow' and not 'dalayer'. for which the latter while belonging to the layer texts with the cyan color, always present the color 'yellow' even when changing layers the color remains the yellow one.
how could I do to bring the color of all these texts to the color of the layer I defined and that is cyan?
Thank you

Hi.
I hope I understand the problem well.. .
I think if you isolate the text layer and then with the matching command with property(copy ownership) select the text with the right properties and copy it to all others you find with all the texts with the right settings. .
Was that what you wanted to do?

Hi.

is this, yes, but the property copy command does not change, apparently, the text color that is set in the formatting bar, although the layer to which it belongs has a different color

You're training me the file?
Thank you.

You're right. . .
I had to blow it up and change it. . .

mtextbylayer command, look at the list, is quite simple.
works by selecting a group of entities that are filtered out to leave only mtexts and then perform operations to remove color formatting.

bye

Well... I give it to you, but it is only applicable if you have the old chtext.lsp

if you have it, click with the prop panel. open (ctrl+1) on the mtext you want to reset the color.
in the content field find a string of the type {\cxx;etc.
that means temporaneo colored override with colour xx.

Launch the chtext, select the text (or texts if with the same features) and choose to replace the text.
as text to be replaced (match string) will insert {\cxx; with all the brackets scratches at first
as new text will suffice a simple vacuum sending

and magically all selected mtexts will return to be color dalayer.

p.s. before someone asks me... the brackets graffa fits with shift+altgr+ square bracket

My must be esagerly old, it only works on text entities.
chtext, version 1.02, (c) 1990-1991 autodesk, inc.
select the text to change.
select objects: found(s) 1
select objects:found(s) 0 institutions of type text.

...the curly bracket fits with shift+altgr+ square bracket plate
Oppur con alt + 123... {: smile:}...
