change component position in a joint table

Good morning to all,
I'm sorry if this problem has already been dealt with, but I tried to find and I didn't find what I needed.
In practice I have a set with 5 components. I should make a table with 2 side views, one with the resting parts position, the other with component activation position.
Of course if I move the components on the axieme, I update all two views on the table. Is there a way to block the components on a view, so you can move them and create the other view I need on the table?
I hope I've been clear.
an early thanks!
Good day

hi, have you tried creating a new representation (from the view manager in the 3d together model), which includes all the components? once you create move the parts as you need, save the representation and when you enter the second view in the table, call back the representation in the properties of the view (view states should be the section from which you can do it).
I usually do it when I want to hide some parts in certain views, I don’t know if it works also by simply moving the components.

I hope I didn't write crap and I was useful to you. :

Hi.
Thank you for the answer!
If you refer to the simplified representation, I have already tried, and unless something is wrong (which can be great), it does not work. even if I call it on the table, the components remain in the position they have in 3d..

Hi.
the method I use is that of slides. move objects as you wish and create the right slide, then in the table setting activate the view with the preferred configuration.

hello and thanks for the answer to you too.
would you be so kind to illustrate the method? I have no idea what slides are in creo 5, I have never used them

in wf5 with the drag command you can create snapshots, then you have to make them available to the drawing by clicking on the camera icon.
in putting on the table exploding components in view and choose the slide.

Thanks again. .
But so I feel like an image glued to the table, instead I care to see in section and quote. Moreover a component has a bond of flexibility, which when operated must be compressed. . .
I don't think that's the way I do my case. .

I am afraid that the only congenial method to my case is to double the axieme, to create one to "dry" and a "act" and in this way to recall in the table the two separate models. . .
even if I preferred to avoid such a thing but to limit myself to a set. . .

the right method is what dani-3d explained
I still use wf4 but should not be changed ( hope)
make version 2 enlivened
steps to the animation application
find them how to make pictures and skills for table-setting - search in the help -
return to standard application
Reset the axieme version 1
now go to the table
put the first general view -version 1
then put another general view but go to the explode box and select the photo you made (version 2 )
Then you can quote any view as you want.

the problem, at least for me that I use wf4, is that if you update or change a piece the photos you have done are not parametric and you have to give it back.

unfortunately I do not know the commands of creo5 therefore satisfied, look in the help the animation module

Hi.

then before I probably didn't understand, or I didn't do the right way.
I try to reapply the method you recommended.

Thank you very much!

Good morning to all,
I'm sorry to take this old discussion back. .
using the dani-3d method and then clearly explained by mamobono I solved my initial problem.
The problem that arises now is that in a new set of a component, a spring with a bond of flexibility is inserted.
Now, if I move the component through the "transcina" and save the snapshot, when I call it in table 2d (the "version 2" of mamobono to mean us), the component is in the correct position, while the spring remains compressed as in the "version 1".
Is there a way to solve this problem?
thank you in advance for the answers!
a greeting

the problem is how you make the spring flexible.
If you do it for "value " this does not change and then the spring remains of the size you gave it.
if you do it for "distance" the spring adapts to the seat that changes and then the two versions are both right.
attention that snapshoots are not parametric and do not regenerate but must be remade.
Hi.

no no the link of flexibility is by distance.
I'll explain better.
I have a tree and a compass flowing on the tree. between the compass and the head of the shaft there is a compression spring that stretches/accorcia depending on where my compass is. If I change the compass position on my model of assembly, the spring fits perfectly.
the problem arises in the table. if I create the view "version 1" with the compass in position 1 (and then the spring compressed in position 1), and close the view "version 2" with the compass in position 2 (view taken from explosion/snapshot), the compass is in the correct "position 2" while the spring is compressed in "position 1", because in my model of assembly, the spring is actually in "position 1".
I hope I explained. in case I could insert pictures to make better understand.. .

I did some tests and in fact flexibility is not frozen in snapshots.
alternative potrebeb be:
-component spring turned off but then you have to handle it also in the separate,
-family table spring (will work?????, I think it is but to try )
depends on how much you want to highlight the operation.
Hi.

interested enough because it is the main movement of the component.
Thanks for the answers!

hi viollo, for years I do not use proe, but in the past I often used one of these two methods:

1. explosion as explained above (but does not solve the problem with the spring)

2. simplified reps:
insert the compass in the axieme twice (i.e. rest and active),
insert two springs (dry and active),
creates simp.rep.1 by hiding only the compass and springs in activation
creates simp.rep.2 by hiding only the compass and springs in rest
in drw creates view1 based on simp.rep.1, and creates view2 based on simp.rep.2
any separate base based on or simp.rep.1 or simp.rep.2

There is also a way in the drw environment to hide an object from a single view (in wf4: view- drawing display- component display). instead of hiding it, you can show the object in pos. 2 with dotted lines. in this way I managed to show the two pos. in a single view and dimension the race.

Hi.
"component spring turned off" I wanted to say do two springs and visualize what interests in the view by hiding the other by turning off the level (I would use this system)

"family table " idem as above instead of two separate spring files one that differs in length but then loaded both and visualize what interests in the view hiding the other

in both cases moving the bushing in the two images using the positioning.

in any case it is to manage the separate base for not having 2 springs

or as you say spiritditch make simple representations (I do not use them, I find + simple to turn on or off a level )

hello and good holidays to all

Have you tried to manage in family table the position of the component moving? the spring should be updated accordingly
