change denied storage number

Bye to all,
I work with inventor 2011, and as a result of the need to enter a warehouse number to some standard bookshops, I realized that this change is not granted to me, I do not have the necessary permits. I don't have any problem with construction.
Does anyone know how to explain to me if it is possible to change the permissions (maybe through a few settings), so that they can change the properties of my business?

library elements are, by their definition, not editable (not only the number of warehouses), to avoid accidental interventions. . .

unless you access these elements from a project that does not indicate them as a library file, or copy them somewhere, edit them and put them back in place or artifizi like that.
