Good morning to all,

I would like to ask the following question:

on a wagon in use, for about ten years, then marked ce, if I had to change the wagon, reducing the discarding of about 4 m. then cutting and welding the beams, what should I do to then market it?
i.e. if I sell the wagon so modified, what do I have to produce as documentation?
Is it possible for me to produce a sieve expert? What is it?

there is a circular ispesl that said that a shortening of the light of the bridge crane went to improve safety as the stresses decreased.
I would say that you read the manual first and see that there is written: usually the manufacturer is blinded by saying that structural changes are not allowed unless you make a new iter there.
I also say that it is good that the machine is less stressed but who tells me that the new coupling (saving, bolted union) does not create problems?
Maybe you don't go cut one of the heads but cut off a piece of the cross-section beam but at that point create a weak point that needs to be reinforced! I say new and don't talk about it.
of course that at 10 years surely has the fatigue effect on the beam and the mechanisms to consider.
