change icon dwg

It happens that from some releases (I don't remember with precision) the icons .dwg are so to say "pallide" (see attachment) and I confuse them with the icons .bak, and just yesterday in the hurry thinking of clearing the bak I deleted the dwg.... Mea culpa.
I remember that some releases make dwg icons were of a nice dark blue that I liked so much, now the point is: how can I change the dwg icon? I'd love to have something different as long as it's very recognizable.
I remember that with xp something you could do but now with win7 I don't understand a bat. Thank you.

among the many however you took the wrong one as it refers to xp, while I have win7 (as I wrote above). Anyway googlando something maybe I found.

Yeah, but while I was working, I was reading the links until I found the one for win7 seemed unsuitable.
but in the end the concept remains that, only to be dismantled in a different way on system management
