change indexes with backup

Bye to all,
I try to ask you something that doesn't come back to me.
when I save my project by making a backup copy,
the various saved files report all indexes 1 (e.g. prtxxx.prt.1, asmxxx.asm.1)
and do not keep the indexes they actually have.
Is there anything to configure?

when you backup, for what I know, the file takes the first available version in the destination folder.

so if you backup in a blank folder all files will return to version 1

what is the problem next time you have to restore a particular instead of copying it from windows, you only have to re-backupp it in the folder, so if you have version 100 back up version 1 you have as result the new version 101.
