change layer content libraries

Good morning to all,
I tried with the search but I didn't find anything that happens to me.

when I create any object through the content libraries of autocad mechanical 2015, he creates new layers that do not follow the company standards in which I work. I wanted to know if it is possible to pre-set the layers of these objects so that they follow a standard?

ok tried and temporarily works! I just reopen though it resumes the default settings.. Is there any files I can go to touch to set them as default?
