change layer in layout windows

hello to all I pose this problem.
you can assign to the layout windows a certain layer state so that if you want to change a layer in all layouts I could do it only by changing once only that certain layer state instead of entering each layout window. thanks to all

if you have to change it in all windows, then change it directly to the model space!

Thanks for the answer. If inside the layout window I already set a line thickness for that window I can't change it from the model space. My goal is this:
I have different layout sheets and for each I have different windows. for some of these windows I set up a layer state that I call poplar, while for others I set a state that I call "pluto". at the end of the project I realize that a layer of some windows print with too small thickness. I would like to change the layer status "pippo" but this change does not fall on all windows to which it is set, but I have to enter every window and change the thickness. If I change thickness in space, I don't change in the windows already set. Do you know an alternative?
Thank you.

the predominant layer state is that of the model.
inside each layout window, you can "force" the default state, assigning it on/off, thicknesses and colors. the force is valid for that (and only that) layout window. so much that in each layout you can have different windows with different forcings.
but if you change the "strength" of a window, this is not reflected on the others (otherwise you may not have windows with different forcings in the same layout).
so if you change the layer characteristics of the model, these will be reflected on all windows of all layouts as long as they have not undergone local changes.
If you change a local force of a window, this will not be reflected on the others nor on the model.

Thank you crystal. ok. it would be interesting that there was a way to set a certain layer status for each window you can update without having to enter every time in the layout window.

a solution may be to not force layers in the layout window, but to assign to the window a certain layer state set in the model. In this way if I change that state in the model I also update the respective layout windows. a little how to avoid forcing the characteristics of entities but doing it through the layers. I'll try. Thank you all.
