change material screws center content

Hi, everybody, I want to know if anyone can help me with the following problem:
I use inventor 2011, and I would like to know if it is possible to change the material of the screws so that when load of the screws in a set I always get the word that I decide example 8.8,10.9 and not the standard stainless steel wording. ....so that when I put it on the table, the component list is already heard with the correct wording.
