change quotas in solidworks

It is a bit of time that I wonder why in other software like e.g. solid edge or alri there is a setting by which if changes are made to the models in their respective designs, all the odds that have changed. Is there a solidworks utility that allows this control? the program unfortunately has no dedicated function.

since the model is 3d and if it's okay there is good everywhere, I miss the usefulness of this function.

the user refers to a solidedge function which, once a table is updated following changes to the model, reports all the modified quotas and shifted axes. actually is the first thing that usually disabled once installed if.

It can be useful if the person who updates the table is not the same that changed the model, for example to indicate a revision.

a similar function is managed by ready2works 2010 which changes the color to the modified quotas (in the table). I don't think he has anything like that.

thanks to the info. Actually it is not so important but if we imagine a board with about 500-600 odds it is unthinkable to control them all especially if the change to carry out a colleague of yours. They proposed me db cent as a small pdm, does anyone know him?

Perhaps a function that allows to highlight with a different color the quotas that are varied regarding the previous update.

for me too the problem is the one already highlighted by others: on complex designs, in which the models are updated, sometimes you can't see if (by mistake) something has not changed more than necessary. It shouldn't happen... but it happens.
