change quotas to creation 2015

environment .ipt:
tools- > application-> sketch- >change quotas to creation.
this option creates the inconvenience (to me) that occasionally loses the tick, but it is not a great harm, just quit.
in 2015 this option is no longer there, it's by default, so I imagined that by removing the option there was no more inconvenience.
but I don't know how to reactivate it.
there is an equal option in tools-> application-> drawing options, but has no effect on parts sketches.
at the moment to get it back is not enough to close the program, I have to restart the pc.

good day, provided I still use 2014, after creating a quota (with 2015), if you right-click, the first item of the drop-down menu (under) is "change share", you can select it or uncheck it and then it remains in that state for all other odds.
