change quote styles

Good day to all.
by premitting that I am new to the site, I would kindly like to receive instructions about:

possibility to change the style of quota (including text) without going to affect the text of the cartiglio and without having to select all quotas and update them to the new style.
thanks to all those who want to enlighten me about it.

dx key on a quota --> change style at --> change style with the features you want --> button made (low dx ) --> save style.
