change shape without distortion

Hello everyone
I am neophyte of rhino and I apologize for ignorance...
I would like to understand if I can create a form like the one I attach: It is a kind of empty ring (tube) that should not be deformed in its measurements but must take the form, as if the ring had been crushed.
I tried with "change with cage", but with bad results.

I used rhino years ago. Sounds like version 4
I think there was a possibility of loft command
you must describe the two profiles (green and red) on two floors apart from each other.
and then join the two profiles with the loft command
