change share with double click

I am used to modify the odds with a double click on the same, both in sketch and in part that together, pop-up appears, edit, green tick and is done.
Now from a while not always this happens, and occasionally I am obliged to change the share in the property manager and the pop up does not appear.

Did I change any arrangements without realizing what I was going to do?

you have to bring back the situation to one or more common elements. otherwise as you do to understand what could be the solution.
When it happens, you do a quick examination of the situation and the process you have done (hope: are you together? Are you changing part together? is it a configured part? Are there equations? )

I also found this antipathic problem with sw2017. I couldn't tie him to some particular event. when it happens and if you want to change the share you have to do it in the property manager.

It happened exactly to me a couple of times (sw 2017 sp5) , in the end I threw the sponge and in one case I did the sketch from 0 in the other I forced the property man. I think it's a bug..

probably depends even if you work on components created by previous versions... but it is definitely a bug
