change the attributes of blocks through a table in autocad map

I also understood better what to ask. first of all the command actut...I saw that, by selecting the blocks, I export the attributes, from I can change them and reimport them. but from txt I can not insert further rows. or better I can do it, but then I have to remove the block to which to associate those attributes. already this, is a step forward.
I look for a way to make excel and autocad dialogue.
in autocad I have blocks with coordinates and attributes. in excel I have all the information about those blocks, coordinates and attributes. I just need to find a way to say autocad, see that excel file? here you take the information from them and enter the blocks in the points indicated with the expected attributes.
Is it possible? I've seen that there are vbas, but I can't change them.

if the blocks have a unique identifier or a key field that is also found in the excel file then it is possible. configuring (mapconfigdb) and associating an external ordbc data source (mapattachdb) can connect the xls file with the design in a bidirectional manner

i try to tell you exactly how the block is composed:
has 6 attributes: picture number, source type, pole height, progressive number (referred to the picture number, so there may be 2 numbers 1, but each reported to a different picture), power, number of light points associated with that pole.
i already have an excel table with coordinates and the required data. columns called as attributes. but from here on, i lose. by the way, as i tell him to use exactly that block.
