just take your own model and save it as acad.dwt or acadiso.dwt (which are the files that opens default when you launch autocad).
I do not remember if the file to be saved as acad.dwt must go in the program dir (\autodesk\acad\) or in the user profile (appdata\autodesk\etc etc)
