charge new families floors

Good boy,
I'd need help with the loading of floor families.
I have the English version and I can't find the 30 cm concrete brick floor.
if I go on family charge in Italian I find the list attached.
Can you help me?

floors are system families, not loadable.

I don't have the architerctual template.
by default uploading the Italian from control panel gives me error.
If anyone had the file, could you please upload it?

in c:\programdata\autodesk\rvt 2017\templates\ do you have an italy folder? If yes, is there in a file called defaultita.rte?

I have 15 and 16
I usually use 15 and it gave me problems with templates. I don't know why.
to have a project with levels and views I had to add some with written "default" which obviously does not have these elements.
the 16 instead has them (allegates) but also if I click does not appear.
