Save to all my question may seem very classic and banal but for me of fundamental importance; in the company in which we work famup (sleech) and dmg (heidenhein), we work substantially aluminum and we produce mainly die for food packaging and momentarily we use worknc licensed 5 axes complete.
are we considering the purchase of two new machines a dmu 85 and probably a larger dmu 105/125 (what do you say??? )
but we were very impressed also by the various other software proposals cam.
I press that we have always found ourselves very well with worknc, we repeat the latest version on 21.08 and with our .igs and .step we have always done excellent work in terms of quality; But we were amazed, as I told you, by other software that I now list you and I will also try to explain to you the reasons for this amazement.
_esprit for 2 basic features:
1.velocity of very high processing with very reduced production times given the optimization of the various processing processes (very interesting since to what said we could reduce the production time even by 50% even if they have not yet come to us official test in the company)
2. Possibility to load cutters that we draw with solidworks and to make model work (as much as we said)
_topsolid cam gives its ability to create (always according to what they told us) masks in a totally automatic way directly from the model (function that would be of fundamental importance to us).
what was pressing me at the end of everything was to receive advice dictated by your experiences if you had about similar situations i.e. if to stay at worknc or change cams given our needs (those to narrow down production times and still maintain a high quality standard, the function of automatic masks and the importation of special cutters from us drawn) so I just wanted a tip on the cam that according to you more fits these needs from

what to say the question is wide range, I use thecam and in the past I had experiences with noug, worknc, catia featurecam etc.
what I can tell you and that in the phase of choice a few years ago I looked at the two products you talk about and seem to me oriented to the production with some 3d function
worknc is a good product if you want a little more editor and elasticity in changing paths you have to watch powermill
with machines like 105 and 125 you will have a nice quarrel with limits! powermill manages them be other cams not so

We're looking for our first cam to work with our car.
through a search there were offered the following cams: esprit, topsolid and sintecam. Let's say that at the cost level more or less all three are equal... now, kindly, according to your experience I ask a welcome advice on buying to do.. .
