Hello everyone! I've been graduating in mechanical engineering for about two months, and from now on I started trying to figure out what path I wanted to take for the master's degree. I am particularly interested in mechanical design and automation/mechatronics (in fact I graduated with a thesis in mechatronics), and also in energy (especially design of components such as turbines, compressors etc.) , all possible "percorsi" of a master's degree in mechanical engineering. according to you, which of these from more work / career possibility?

I think it's okay to be an expert in automation and energy. choose what you like most.

for me to undertake a course of studies for "convenience" would be practically impossible but if you are undecided between two similar judiciaries between them then you could ask questions to facilitate your choice:
- offering my territory, are the companies in my area specialized in a certain sector? (e.g. packaging valley --> mechatronics and mechanical design)
- need to work on a company date?

then career will come from itself, from what I see companies do not think twice to focus on young graduates in engineering

Thank you very much for your advice. Unfortunately I don't know if I'm looking bad, but especially as far as mechantronic skills are concerned, I feel like I don't find anything (they usually look for mechatronic engineers). In addition, how I feel I have understood it is frequent, in work, to move from one sector to another
