choice of steel for tree

I need a k steel resists stresses and twisting moments as it is a tree to work ..the costs do not interest me ..the essential thing is the convenience of processing.mi spiego. .better to take a less hard steel and then I will have to do it in (example 3 past ) instead of a tougher steel with greater breaking load and that I will have to do then 6 or 5 millings .. hope to be explained.just to the processing of steel

the dimensions of the tree do not affect the type of material, its function is.

It doesn't make much sense, 99% of the trees are processed, although they only serve to connect two wheels of a shopping cart.

if you do a working cycle the costs count, otherwise why prefer 3 passes to 5.
