choice pipe diameter

hello to all, I wanted to ask a question;
is it better to use a pipe diameter ø30 sp.1.5mm or ø28. sp.2mm?
such structure also very large breast should bear some accidental vibrations and bumps.

as it serves for a structure and, it has nothing to do with flow of liquids, I would choose 30 x 1.5, it is lighter but also more resistant to vibration.

vibrations are mainly due to the engine that despite provided by antivibrants etc a bit of vibration is to consider them. by shocks I mean the accidental ones due to the transport since the component and dimensions transportable by hand or by strip (limited). for human risk it is not recommended since the structure is placed on the ground through a special sheet cradle.
