for civil thermal plants of nominal thermal power greater than 35 kw, already in operation at the date of entry into force of the fifth part of Legislative Decree 152/06 (29/04/2006), the central booklet must be supplemented by an act in which it declares that the plant is in conformity with the technical characteristics referred to in Article 285 and is suitable to comply with the limit values referred to in Article 286 and contains the indication of the extraordinary safeguards. the deadline is set at 31 December 2012.
Moreover, such supplementary acts must be sent to the competent authority within 30 days of the drafting. administrative sanctions are provided for those who do not provide for the drafting and sending of communications, both for those who do not comply with the requirements of Articles 285 and 286.
