clarification on surfaces

Good morning.
and recently I've been approaching world 3d in autocad and I'm experimenting.
For example if I extrude a line or a circle arc it would seem that I create a surface... Is it possible?
even because if I build a closed "surface"... Is there a fill command or something?

Yes they are surfaces.
If you touch the object with the mouse and then click dx > properties (bottom from the menu that comes out) the pc tells you that they are surfaces.
this for an arch or a line.
If you extrude a circle (closed surface) generally is a solid, you can get a surface even from a circle if you want.
