residui.webpHello.

I hope you can solve a rather annoying problem that has been happening to us in the company for a long time.
It happens very often that inside the copper pipes of the condenser of a well-known Italian supplier we find inside them the residual processing oil therefore at the moment when we have to do the vacuum of the condenser itself we invoice a lot because the oil of the vacuum pump is changed quite frequently in order to allow to "remove" these residues and obtain of the values in low mtorr (say 50-60 mtorr).

We are therefore looking for an effective method to eliminate these residues, do you have any reconcussions on this?
looking on google an Italian company proposes to use bullets tracing inside the pipes that would be sponge absorbing all the dirt, made of polyurethane.
I would like to have an opinion on this and if you could share your experiences.
Thank you.

I want to understand.
Can you disassemble the capacitors? or treat them before mounting?
What size do they have?

capacitors are not dismantled. is part of the refrigeration unit, as well as other components
like the evaporator and the plate exchanger. we carry out the connections of the pipes (arms) and we mount the components on the frames but we do not intervene on the capacitor specifically.
the problem is that these residues go to inlay very delicate components such as thermostatic valves that block the whole plant.
do you know any method to avoid this phenomenon?

if the plant is fitted it is necessary to wash the whole plant with a special detergent

exact
is called flushing, and is generally done on all plants
I'm fighting right now with an oil plant that needs to be "fluxed"
you look for a suitable fluid for purpose (which can clean from dirt without affecting tubaizons and plants) and you "wash" the circuit
if you want to be lazy, to wash finished, you can still make a "turn" of clean fluid connected to a "contaparticles" that tell you how clean the fluid is and, by extension, the cleaning of the circuit

mbt should be fluxed with nitrogen then from the supplier?
It is a request that we want to make to our suppliers, but the additional costs are not provided by contract. I don't know the product you mention.. risk for the operator from the security point of view ..?

depends. .
you can ask the supplier that it flows the component, but this only makes sense if you install it "as it is" on a already clean plant.
Otherwise, you should flux the plant once completed!

I didn't realize that product I recommended... I don't think I even said one!
the product you have to choose. you can also use the "function" if you feel necessary.

specifically you have a product/detergent to recommend? I have seen so many on the internet promising miracles then reality is quite different. for this I asked for help to those who have already "passed" above, better to rely on experiences. If you think it's advertising, you can send me an mp.
thanks for the collaboration.

No, I'm sorry.
I would not recommend you, because the plants that flow I have as fluid "work" mineral oil, synthetic oil, water-glycol or organic ester.
