Sorry to write commands in English but we're used to this configuration.

but we come to the question, if they select more quotas and use the cleanup command size in a new design the offset values and increments are 10 and 5, while I would like 20 and 15, but I can not find anywhere to set them.

At the limit you could make a macro.
