climb skizzo on empty table

Good morning to all I wanted to ask if someone among the present ever came across my problem:
I would have the need to create an empty table (and so far everything ok :wink with a skizzo that once designed I go to climb to my liking.
the concept is to use the skizzo at the table of inventor a little like the old autocad.
It may seem crazy, but sometimes to represent something in the air is fine...
for the skizzo there are no problems e.g.but when I try to climb I can't change the settingI hope to have made the idea

if you use "without model" to make sketch: double click on the view to change
