if on the box is written version 19 , then it is not the st.
from st onwards the cad uses office-style menus 2007, while previous versions until v20 (so your v19) uses the old command bar system. by memory to view it you should click dx on the commands icons and at the opening of the menu look for the missing one.

it seemed strange that on st versions the controls icons disappeared
