closing of autocad 2011 during activation

After installing autocad 2011, when I have to go to activate the program, when I click on the autocad icon this opens and then close a few seconds later.I managed to find a solution on the autodesk forum but I can't understand it.

non capisco cosa intenda per service pack 1 e 2, stà forse intendendo autocad 2011 update 2 e autocad 2011 update 1.1???
