cloud management points e mesh

Hello, I am proposing another problem; I followed the beautiful tutorial published at this address which implies the use of autodesk memento:
https://digitalstoryofanarchitect.c...aps-photogrammetry-and-pointcloud-into-revit/the test went well, only with the resulting file not scaled (image_1.jpg). trying to climb it in the memento, as illustrated by the author of the video, in fact, when importing the .rcp file produced in revit, I appear the message reported in image_2.jpg.
I tried to talk about it with arch. arne bjelland, but he couldn't understand why.
I would therefore like to ask people who have experience in managing clouds of points and meshes.

I think it's a huge model. How big is this model?

I also tried with a smaller file including only a building, but the result does not change. I'm thinking of climbing everything with a third meshlab program to see if they improve things.
