I see from the browser that you have made multiple stages...the reasons of the "nomalous behavior" of your wall can be multiple, for example any interference of blanks (windows, doors, etc.) in other planes, or still in other stages, or anchors (at the base or in height) of the wall to different objects... In short, the error is not due precisely to a "mysterical behavior" of revit, but to a "your mistake" (it is clearly not wanted and not considered) in reference to "something" that interferes with the wall creating that "empty". you will have to understand what this error is (what interferes) unfortunately we cannot help you without having "in the hands" the file. it is useless to change the type of wall the error is not in the wall object

go to the "planimetry" view in the view browser options at the bottom you have the "phase" options; try to put in the filter phases "show everything" and in the phase "comparative" et voilà... discovered the mystery.
