collaborates with the university of pavia to the realization of an abacus of typical walls of the existing buildings for the updating of the uni ts 11300
the research group of the university of pavia, coordinated by prof.ssa ing. anna magrini, is developing a thermohygrometric and acoustic analysis of the characteristics of existing building structures.
a compendium/abaco of structures typical of the different periods of construction and of the different Italian regions that contains useful information in support of technicians engaged in energy analysis on existing buildings, in relation to the necessary evaluations for energy certification and for preliminary analysis of energy diagnosis of existing buildings.
The abbot should report information on the stratigraphy of the walls of the buildings most commonly made in the different geographical areas, classified according to some geometrical parameters and references in order to correctly assume the thermophysical characteristics and evaluate its transmittance, without necessarily resorting to invasive investigations on the construction.
the research group of the university of pavia aims to collect, analyze and organize the information to make it available all the technicians concerned in a form that can constitute a useful support to the analyses on which the energy certification is based and the investigations upstream of the proposals of intervention improving the energy performance of the building envelope.
some typical recurring cases will also be proposed to the cti (Italian thermotechnical committee) as a national reference in updating and completing the abaco now available as an annex b of the technical standard uni ts 11300-1.
the research group coordinated by prof. magrini asks the availability of professionals to share the knowledge on the stratigraphies of the walls acquired on the basis of his experience through the compilation of the attached card.
it is necessary that the cards (one for each stratigraphy) be compiled in the most complete way possible and possibly adding all the additional information that is considered useful for a clearer definition of the relationship between type of building / characteristics of the construction / characteristics of the structures etc.
