color printing with plotter hp510

I can't print in color with high quality option...only without shadings or draft view...the plotter fails to process image even popping smart spool inside the printer options...I tried with pdf with edrawings but print only without shady views. ..the copier prints everything well...
how can I make up to print on the plotter...I should have the latest drivers...I installed them two months ago

at least you have to add the memory module in the plotter and you can't expect much anyway.
