view representation is in colored mode, selected by: visual properties> display style.
the two central floors, are mistakenly set as you see walls and doors below.
correct the "underground" field with: no one, or the reference of the specific plan, or the depth settings of the view from the field: Display range.
to change colors, from material properties (floor), use the parameter : surface pattern
