command attin and actut in autocad 2007 lt

Bye to all,
I am trying to use the attin command and actut to import and export the attributes of the blocks into a text file.
The problem is that when I write in the command line attin, autocad tells me "unknown command attin".
I wanted to ask you if you know if there is a way to use these controls with autocad 2007 lt.

are lisp, you can not use them on lt.
