command creation and drop down menu for block insertion

I must realize a command that allows me to display a drop-down menu where I can look for, for certain characteristics (height, width and presence or not of a scale) of the blocks (in this case the blocks are 504) to speed up the procedure of insertion. It's there for the purpose of allowing block insertion. organize them as you want in folders and access the design center panel. and it is also much more practical than a menu because you also have graphic display of the elements.

I admit I don't use the palettes, but I've tried to open them now and right-click opens a context menu where you can create a new palette. the selection and always with the right button you have the option to customize it. maybe take a look at the online manual for more insights but I think you can do what you are looking for without problems

cmq I also solved that it was enough to create a new folder and insert the new palette in the menu and select only that so the others do not appear.
