Hello everyone, I went from autocad 2006 to autocad 2010. I noticed that now there is no _scene command with which you could at each scene assign sight and lights. then the rendering recalled the name of the scene and obtained the desired rendring. in autocad 2010 the command is no longer there. Is there another command running the same function? Hello and thank you.

"The View"

with the "view" command I can save the views but I can't associate (or I can't) the lights that I want active on that view. and then with the command "rpref" I can't recall the view stored. I have to upload it, activate the lights I want and then make the rendering. with the "scene" command it was enough that I chose the stored scene and rendered me with the view and the lights saved.

When you create a new view there is a flag asking you if you save instant layer and one for the lights active for the scene.... i.e. memorizes what is on at that moment. . .

same goes for backgrounds etc that must be set in the parameters seen.. .

now I don't have 2010 under my hand, I use 2012 but I think nothing has changed in this option

pull out the toolbar seen.
you impose everything you need to get a view with lights, background, rendering, etc.
go to views by name.(in the toolbar seen)
then on new and save the view with all the settings you apply.
View attachment 24126then to recall the previously saved view, just go to the view control drop-down menu.View attachment 24128

Thank you for the answers...
but I can't find where the lights are that I can associate with the view. I only see the sun's properties in the window!

the lights you need to place and set them before creating the new view, so that they stay set with the settings you gave before saving.
the lights are on the toolbar lights.View attachment 24133

I also tried so, but when I call the view the setting of the lights remains the current one and not the one saved with the view.

I understand.no andrea you can't set lighting settings like that and save them.
Maybe with revit. the commando scene has been removed I believe since 2007.
