commercial with padlock

when amounting a file lisp from the festo's site, the solid created then always has the padlock, although it has not yet been saved in the db and therefore cannot be reserved! To get out, I have to make a copy of the part, and the copy created correctly no longer has the lock.

if instead I unload the step format, it's okay.

Is there any way to unlock these parts without copying them?
