compact roller safety

Good morning to all,
I hope someone can help me. I was asked to secure a double wheel articulated compactor roller, bitelli brand, year 1988. the problem arises for the risk of tipping because there is no homologated rops frame for this roller being very old. How do I behave? can I design and install rops?or? Can you tell me about the reference regulations?

use rops rules.
generally you do the adjustment. who designs must put his face on us.
If you want to do it, you do it, you are enabled (members and signatures).
read the norm well.
Now I don't remember the exact number, but look for the site and find it.
