My name is young and I'm an ing. I worked as a race technician but I have to reinvent the job.
I moved from residence and work occasionally (invoice with acknowledgment) working with two technical studies.
one of it asked me for a performance, it is a matter of detecting an existing structure in masonry, reporting it in cad defining the state of fact and then defining the state of project, computo metric attached. the structure is about 180 sq m x 2 floors. I'm interested in this kind of work but I'm having to define the compensation. I would like to ask you how to set the quote, or according to the vs experience how you would ask. I found discussions about 20/25 €/h gross. but already a priori I know that it is an unlikely pay. I thank you and I hope that I have not created a discussion already unleashed.

for these jobs are 25/32 €/h gross and keep in mind that prices are already low. over time we adapt to the market. 20/25 €/h is 5 years ago with the real or fake crisis that galloped....now it's going better, so don't get screwed.

a feeling I don't believe more than 500/600 euros, including compute is a market price, lean but market.
then everything depends on the type of relief.

What do you mean by defining the state of project? do the project of a renovation? at what level? preliminary, definitive or executive? Metric compute of what, of the factual state or of the project?

are the quantities that make up the factual state object: plot of floors, walls, locks, etc., to know how much you have available. I suppose it's what you mean by "actual state."

normally the computation is that document which evaluates economically how much it costs to bring good from the condition to (state of fact) to the state b (state of project)
you can not compute a factual state, at most you could estimate it, according to the qualitative characteristics and the state of conservation, if it were used.
but in 99.99% of cases estimate a factual state in a project does not serve, unless legal disputes and/or reserves of the contractor.
