compensation opinion for management work abroad

Does anyone have any outside work experience?

I have to agree with a company the compensation for about 6 months of work
of management works for shops in Asian.

I was expected to establish a monthly fee to be agreed together, since the amount of work is still not quantifiable, but expect the first move from me, I would not want to risk too much neither up nor down.

Can anyone tell me your opinion about this?

how is the assignment, with fixed residence in asian, or salty?
do you charge the fee? (travel expenses, food and accommodation, office on site)

I can tell you what my fiancé was taking. .
60 euro net per working day, including food and accommodation.
return, one per month, to the company.
company car and gasoline refunded up to a certain amount (I do not remember which however).

before he still took about 25 euros, only vitto, and stayed in the hotel at the expense of the company. return and car as above.

now takes "only" the air transfer (60 euros), does not have neither the car, nor the refunds, nor the return (unless its presence is required). However, it has a fee of approximately 5 euros for when doing the shifts (morning and night) and therefore is obliged to use the machine to reach the workplace.

Sorry, I forgot, the transfer is in national territory.

Sorry, I'm just reading now.
he is a technician (don't ask me more than I don't understand anything)... in practice diagnose faults in the electric part of trains. in theory it should only diagnose, in practice it also physically adjusts them.
when he went abroad he took about double, with return to paid Italian, once a month. (count that 15 days in danimarca have yielded about 1000 euros of diary, with accommodation paid).
the non-working weekends (one per month to tell the truth) takes only the allowance for food and accommodation.
Obviously when he comes back, he takes nothing.

I tell you that at the end of the month, here in Italy, takes about 1800 euros beyond its normal salary, has no responsibility but works 12 hours a day:frown:.

But you're wrong about some points:

I am not a very young ark, only young

....I am therefore not a graduate looking for the first opportunities but instead I have a decade experience in the luxury retail sector, both as visualizer, designer, director of work and project manager.

....this is the first opportunity that I agree to work abroad not because it is the first one to introduce me, I was offered others which I could not afford to accept for family reasons (my father was dying).

....because I have a consolidated annual turnover for me makes no sense to move for less than 4000€, I should renounce.

....because the position that I go to cover, and that I have already covered in similar cases already expleted in Italy ( project manager with function of artistic director/director works) entails many responsibilities and very high stress, the figures that we are talking to me seem definitely congruent with the assignment... .

I'm sorry, but then, once you've made it clear that you have experience to sell it and that work beyond knowing it well you also know how to assess it equally well, where's the problem ?If for you the minimum is 4000 euros, ask 4800 and see what they answer you.
If they answer spikes, patience, you still have your consolidated turnover, don't you?

to determine how far you can pull the rope is impossible enterprise, depends on too many factors:
1) How many "competitors" do you have in this negotiation?
2) Do you know at what price your "competitors" can propose?
3) who releases money has any idea of the qualities necessary to carry out the job or could even send a person without any experience to ... "sprinkle"?

If you can live quietly even without this assignment, keep yourself pretty high.
If you're okay, you'll have earned your handkerchief.
