competitions projects cad

Hello, everyone, I write here because I don't know where to write.
I remembered that my former professor made contests of "inventions" with its design with cad type bands for new biscuits or sports products. . I was thinking where I could find such contests to participate, too, "that I am not an engineer for now, but do I have only a high school diploma"?
It is a way to improve my skills with the cad and it is a way to make some money.
