There's probably something to keep in mind that I'm missing or not taking into account. I opened the file with solidworks, at first sight there are compnetrations, more precisely the back wall.
increases the "game" between the plates.
with swx I can tell you how, but your cad doesn't know it so well.

I did better: removed the back wall. I only have the remaining geometry, without further creases. The strange thing is that at first it developed it! use proe wf5 030. It's very powerful with the sheet, but maybe it's my mistake.
