compression springs creation

good morning I have to design compression springs and I tried to use the command present on inventor 2020 but just change wire size, number of coils and inner or outer diameter spring gives me error and in practice only generates the default spring. I tried to search between the discussions and I didn't find a similar discussion, someone can tell me the correct way or a link for a tutorial?
