comsol analysis on printed sheet

Good evening to all, I pray that I only have theoretical bases on the fem approach and tomorrow I will begin to use for the first time comsol.
I use the analysis to check if the mold made with sw2010 + logopress3 is actually correct.
I asked first of all some advice to start with the right foot and according to you if it makes sense my verification or if it is only a useless waste of time and there is a faster and cheaper method.

after long days of study of the fem analysis I realized that the use of software as a comsol for my needs is too long and difficult, I am still almost arrived at a solution but I can not think of always using this solution.
I wanted to ask: What do you think are the best simulators for a study of the feasibility of funnel moulds? and if integrated also have bending and hairstyle? I have made contacts for now with fti and have proposed fastform multistage in a couple of weeks I will try it..you think about this software? ?
