configuration error message

Good morning, when I go to intervene on the existing configuration of a particular, I get this message:
Is there a problem? Can I delete it somehow?

because obviously in the options it is set that the file properties.txt to read in that folder, but in relativity the file does not exist...options-> file locations -> custom properties files
