connect 3d model with layout

Hello everyone,

Can someone tell me how I connect a 3d model that has many parameters (about 40) with a layout I created posteriorly? the layout--> model 3d I know it, but on the contrary I can not assign the already existing parameters and I would avoid having to remake all the parameters.
