Hello, everyone. I would have to limit a hypothetical fitting on edge to a certain quota. with catia, it is easy to set a limit given by a plane or surface. with sw I tried creating a plan, or a division line, but the chord runs along all the edge, suggestions? :

in 2007 there is no option in the fitting function that does what you ask, that if I understood correctly it is the brusque interruption of the chord of a border at a certain distance from one of the two vertices as if it were a cut feature. I don't know in 2009 if it was introduced into the fittings options, but as you will read the help in the long and wide I think not... :smile:
