constraint gear movement created by inventor

Good morning
I'd like to turn two trees between them orthogonals.
first I created with design accelerator two conical wheels, assigning the appropriate transmission ratio.
I was thus generated the axieme with the two wheels, among them already bound.
I then opened one of the two wheels, creating on it the rest of the tree.

when I go to mount this assembly (i.e. the gear) and impose the bond of movement there is no way to move the two gears and the relative shaft.

Can you tell me where I was wrong?
By the way, if I open the axieme of the two wheels, the constraints (those created by design accelerator) are all frozen and there is no way to eliminate them.

Meanwhile I attach the file as required.
I took the drawing from a drawing book iti. (caligaris, fava tommasello "from project to product" ed. paravia)
the design had the sole purpose of "taking my hand" with inventor, who I haven't used for at least 2 years.
the design is in the attached pdf.
some measures of the parts mentioned in the book do not coincide with those which then lie in the axieme, so sometimes I had to "extend the measurements" (robe of a few millimeters, nothing of which).
Attached you will find the design on which I've been enough and the axieme made with inventor.
the problem is that I can't move the gears (created with accelerator design).
