I would have a method, but it's more complicated to explain that.
If you can assemble in the right position the crude centines and longherons, in a second time you can get the housings of the longherons directly from the axieme creating pockets in the centines referred to the longherons (external references) placing them with constraints to the longherons.
There will also be the advantage that, in the case of displacement of the longherons, automatically the housings in the pennies will move accordingly.
If you put it with the parts you can see it in practice.

I created a thick surface from a sketch belonging to other product, then I applied a pocket and then I wanted to move it, but if I am living with the classic yellow and black spiral it brings me the rib back to the initial position.

I have verified the presence of other previous constraints but I do not see it.
other thing. the pocket is realized partially, in the sense that if I apply a thickness of one mm more, I also disappear the piece that I need.
